Our technology shows that the specially-designed screw coated with titanium dioxide, when it is exposed to UV lamp, effectively decomposes even the virulent and stable benzene (C6H6) into water (H2O) and carbon dioxide (CO2). This technology is based on rather simple principle that titanium dioxide coating on the screw-typed stainless steel, when it is exposed to ultraviolet light, can facilitate to form powerful free radicals which decomposes VOCs safely. Our system can be suited to various applications, based on chemical decomposition process by the photocatalyst reaction, thereby differentiating from the existing filtering or absorption technology. Therefore our technology is available for the treatment of exhaust air and contaminated water as well, on custom-built basis suited for the engineering requirements of the plant or facility. The core of our technology, multi-circular porous screw coated with photocatalyst is available for various dimension to be suited for the specific needs of the plant or facility.
