Zhonghai Baichuan (Beijing) Steel Co.,Ltd, which was established in 1997, is a very specialized seamless steel pipe producer in China with an annual output over 1.8 million tons. It covers an area of 166,000m2, possesses a capital assets more than USD14,000,000.00, owns 500 ordinary workers and 50 senior technical engineers. Our factory is located in the famous Chinese historic city, Cangzhou city, which has a very good geographic position and is very closed to the Tianjin Seaport.

Our company owns eight large standard manufacturing workshops, which contains 20 advanced production lines of seamless steel pipes. Our main producing equipments include Hot pressing punching machine, Interactive cold draw bench with double core rod, Automatic rotary rolling head machine, Tube straightening machine, No water-cooled annealing furnace, surface pickling equipment and coating machine etc. Besides, we have one set of 219mm seamless punching machine, which can manufacture the seamless steel pipes with outside diameter 219mm-1220mm and with different producing standards. At present, it is the largest seamless and hot-rolled equipment in Cangzhou area.

Now we chiefly produce the seamless steel pipes according to ASTM, API 5L, API 5CT, JIS G3441, G3458, G3462, DIN and Chinese GB/T standard. Our seamless steel pipes mainly consist of eight series: Seamless steel pipe for low and medium pressure boiler, Seamless steel pipe for high pressure boiler, Seamless steel pipes for boats and ships, Seamless steel pipes for fluid transport, Seamless steel pipes for petroleum cracking, Seamless steel pipes for chemical fertilizer equipments, Seamless steel pipes for structural use and Seamless steel pipes for hollow pumping rod. The main material include 10#, 20#, 45#, Q345, ST35.8, ST37, ST42, ST45, ST52,A53, A106, A179, A192,A210, A333, A 572, API 5L /GR.B-X60,API 5CT /J55 K55 N80 etc.

In 2004 when our technology of seamless steel pipes matured and we took important affect on steel pipe markets, we introduced new professional technique teams and advanced production lines for welded steel pipes and rectangular/square steel pipes. Now our annual output for welded steel pipes is over 600,000 tons and also over 600000 tons/year for square/rectangular pipes.

Regarding the welded steel pipes we have gained ISO9001 and CE certificate. We have three technology for welded pipes, which are ERW, LSAW and SSAW. Besides, we have trustful sub-factories to provide excelent cement-lined steel pipes and ceramic lined steel pipes with competitive price for you.
