Zhengzhou Hongtuo Superabrasive Products Co., Ltd., established in 1997, is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company engaged in the R&D, production, sale and service of diamonds & CBN honing stones and grinding wheels. We have more than 350 employees, over 300 sets of manufacturing facilities and 4 advanced production lines for metal bond super-abrasive honing stones, diamonds and CBN grinding wheels and ultra thin cutting wheels, with an annual production capability of 1 million pieces of metal bond honing stones and 8000 pieces of vitrified bond CBN grinding wheels.

We have an R & D center with a ''New Type Metal Bonded Super-Abrasive Honing Stone'' patent. Since 1997, our honing tools have occupied a significant market share and received a good reputation. We have a comprehensive quality control system and advanced testing equipment, such as CMM (coordinate measuring machines), universal tool microscopes, projectors and others.

We offer a complete line of diamond and CBN grinding wheels in resin, vitrified, metal bonds. Our vitrified bond CBN grinding wheels are designed to used on high precision,high speed CNC grinders like Toyoda, Junker, Landis, Emag etc. Typically applications are Camshaft grinding, crankshaft grinding, steering pump rotor slot Grinding, rotary compressor rotor Slot Grinding, vane pump rotor slot grinding, C.V joint grinding, and ID grinding. Diamond Grinding Wheels for Glass, Carbide Tools grinding.

At present, we export our products to the United States, Canada, Italy, Germany, France, Greece, Turkey, Iran, India and Southeast Asia Countries.
