Zhejiang San Ai Spring Company Limited is a joint venture Company established in 1994 with HongKong Company with shares 65% for Chinese party and 35% for HongKong party. The investment is oriented to manufacture suspension springs specially for automobiles. Two cold forming automatic production lines were set up. The Company is then one of the earliest companies to set up suspension spring production line in China. Footing on the automobile industry, this joint venture company through ten yearâs tough development, cooperated with another contributing party âShanghai San Huan Springs Co.Ltdâ to set up two companies respectively in September 2003 and April 2004, naming" Chongqing Zhonghai Springs Co.Ltd". and Zhejiang Shuangjin Stabilizer Co.Ltd. After carefully inspection assessment at the end of 2006, Suqian proprietorship built Jiangsu Golden Eagle Spring Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the company covers an area of ââ67, 367 square meters, registered capital of 30 million yuan was put into operation in November 2008.By contributing to form joint operation of two strong specialized enterprises, it injected powerful vitality to open up immense space for the development of the company. So far the Company has the annual capability of manufacturing five million suspension springs, one million stabilizer bars, ten million air door springs for engines and ten million miscellaneous spring-like parts of other varieties. And the annual sales revenue has been grown up to RMB two hundred million. The Company now occupies space areas of 20, 000ã¡ , out of which 13, 250ã¡ are production areas and has 250 employees. It is equipped with 180 production machineries & equipment and testing facilities, of which some are advanced domestically and internationally, such as Models W5200, PC5200 and CNC65S3â5 axis numerical control forming machines.To satisfy various expectations for continued improvement from extensive clients and customers . The Company has introduced advanced management system while acquiring highâtech facilities mentioned above. The Company has been accredited successively in October and December 2004 with certifications respectively with ISO/TS16949â¶2009 from TUV, Germany for International Automobile Quality Assurance System Certification and ISO 14001 International Environmental System Certification from Chinese Institution. The name of âSanaiâ¢Shuangjinâ indicated in Chinese Pinying which implies the meaning of âthree Aâ and âdouble goldâ is a consistent intent of the Company, i.e.to pursuit satisfaction to customers by means of continued improvement and minimize the difference of changes and waste so that both the Company and the relative parties may obtain a âWinâWinâ result.
