The frozen (unique to Talalay processing) can prevent particles from settling and ensure a consistent cell structure. In fact, our Talalay latex products are certified to be free of harmful substances or chemicals. This method has distinct advantages over the chemo coagulation method. Products made by the chemo coagulation method, although less expensive, are easily deformed, cannot be compressed for packing, and have a shorter lifespan. We are one of the few manufacturers of latex products in Asia that have mastered the above-mentioned technique.
