With its plant area covering 80000 square meters,it boasts two wholly-owned subsidiaries on a large scale. One of them is located at Yingkou, Dalian, with principal business as stainless steel products,and the other is located at Hemudu,Yuyao,with principal business as polyethylene pipe products.
The Company boasts 26 sets of ultra-large injection molding machines at 150000 grams,50000 grams and 35000 grams,the largest in the industry,15 sets of fine lathe machine of different models,8 sets of high precision digital wiring and turning machinery with annual production capacity of 6000 tons. It becomes one of the leading enterprises in China,engaged in the specified production of PE pressurised fittings with the highest technical know-how,complete facilities and the largest production scale.
To comply to the industrial policies of the state on Plastics to Replace Steel,with the national transmission of west natural gases to the east,South-to-North water diversion and other key projects as opportunities,the Company put in capital investment of more than 10.77 million USD for the introduction of complete sets of world's leading PE pipe fittings manufacturing technologies from Germany. We have developed complete sets of PE gas and water supply pipe and fitting products, including PE electrofusion fittings,PE ball valves, transitions fitting,with product specifications covering more than 1200 models and size range from D20-D630,with several patented technologies filling up the missing product in China. It has passed the authentication of technical results by the Ministry of Construction of China.
