It was established in 2009 with a registered capital of 300 million Yuan and 800 employees, specializing in original, further processed and augmented photovoltaic glasses. It is a high and new technology enterprise which is based on photovoltaic industry, extends to the industrial chain related to photovoltaics and integrates R&D, production, marketing and services. The company is located at Shaoxing Binhai Industrial Park which is among the important industrial places within Shanghai's two-hour economic circle, having an excellent transportation advantage with being adjacent to Qiantang River, 30 minutes drive from Xiaoshan international airport and connecting on Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo expressway, Xiaoshan-Ningbo and Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou railways.The company has a total investment planning of more than 2 billion to build a 600-mu industrial base. Among that, the first phase project investment is 1 billion and the factory area is 230, 000 square meters, which is used to build 2 calendaring lines of photovoltaic glass with a daily melting capacity of 250 tons and 4 full-automatic production lines of further processing quality photovoltaic glass with a yearly production and processing capacity reaching 16, 440, 000 square meters quality photovoltaic glass. The products are extensively applied in solar photovoltaic cell, flat plate solar water heater, TCO conductive glass, architecture and photo electricity integration and other new energy industries. The first phase project was officially completed and put into operation in August 2010.
