The total plant area is about 400 Mu.B. Haiyan factory: 3 pickling lines, 2.2 million MT/year; 1 cold rolled line with 5 stand, 1.2 million MT/year(this production line which is worth 0.1 billion USD is the most advanced production line for cold rolled steel in our country); 4 single stand cold rolled,1.0 million MT/year; 6 galvanized lines, 1.5 million MT/year; 2 color coated lines, 0.5 million MT/year; 1 annealing cold rolled line, 0.25 million MT/year; 1 silicon steel line, 0.25 million MT/year. The total plant area is about 1250 Mu.3. PortConcord Haiyan factory has an international port with 250 Mu area, which can be applied for the transportation of raw material and export of containers, saving 10 USD/MT cost compared with other similar steel factories, this part shall be moved to clients. Concord is the sole enterprise with international port.
