Yantai Kuntai Automotive Interior Parts Co., Ltd was founded in December of 2009, with registered capitals RMB 20,000,000 and total investment RMB 80,000,000. It has an area of 13,000 square meters, including building area of 9,980 square-meters. At present there are 60 employees. Kuntai is located in Yantai city, a east coastal city of Shandong province with very convenient sea & air transportation, and 20 kilometers away from Yantai port, 200 kilometers from Qingdao port.
Kuntai specializes in top class auto tufted floor carpet, car mats. Annual tufting capacity is 4 million square meters, and finished mats production capacity 600,000 sets. Products are supplied to OE market and after-sale market. Main OE customers include FAW-VW, BMW brilliance, Shanghai GM, etc. Car models cover Audi series, BMW series, Benz series, GM series, Toyota series, etc. Not only sold in domestic market, but also exported abroad, such as Russia, Japan, Korea, American, Australia, etc.
Based on high level quality control, strict management system, and excellent after-sale service, Kuntai made great progress during three years. Passed ISO/TS16949, BS OHSAS 18001, ISO14001 conducted by German TUV, Duns approval in 2011. Presently, Kuntai has become the raw materials supplier of famous car manufacturers, such as, Audi, BMW, GM, etc.
Introduces advanced production and test equipment, and ensure quality stability, controllability, and high efficiency when producing with batch. Tufting machine and shearing machine are all imported from abroad.
Kuntai attaches importance to technology and development. Brings in talents, industry exports with plenty of lessons; at present, there are 16 senior engineers and professional technicians. Sets up own developing department and experiment laboratory, which passed GP-10 certification of Shanghai GM in August, 2011.
