Is a family owned firm in hanoi, vietnam. It was established since1992. Its main activities are on design, manufacture, supply, delivery and installation of moulds, medical equipments, body car parts, household goods, indoor and outdoor kitchen facilities, sinks, utensils, gas cookers, etc.

XuanKien (TamDuc)has an office in center of hanoi and two factories are located closing to the road from center of hanoi to noibai international airport with total appox.150,000sqm and more than 1/3 of the land are workshop and building.

From XuanKien (TamDuc), you can take 10 minutes drive to noibai international airport,5 minutes to japan industry park, and 20 minutes to the center of hanoi.

XuanKien (TamDuc)has all kinds needed of machineries and equipments such as 62 CNC moulds makers with 22 digital programmed controlling, wire cutting machines, electric discharger,32 automatic changing tools with mastercam, professional design software. We have 74 stamping and pressing machines with weight capacity from 10 tons to 1,200 tons and others needed machines including welding, grinding, galvanizing, painting, polishing machines.

Moreover, XuanKien (TamDuc) has a large skill trained work force. Currently, we have total 940 employees including 21 engineers. Some of them have been trained in denmark, japan, taiwan, china and korea.

Current, XuanKien (TamDuc) is able to make all kinds of moulds with various sizes of moulds such as stamping moulds, pressing moulds, die casting moulds, plastic moulds, aluminum moulds, steel moulds as well as stainless steel moulds, etc. The machines are also able to make large mould with 1,800mm in width and 5,000mm long in length moulds with weight of 16 tons per mould. Our moulds had been sold and for our productions use. We use our stamping mould and pressing moulds to make body cars parts such as bumpers, hoods, trunks, doors, steps, mudflat, exhaust, etc. Medical equipments, such as sterilizing steam boilers, sterilizing dryers, patient beds, cabinets, tables and chairs, stretchers, etc. The products had been sold to several projects of world bank, adb bank, and other ngo. XuanKien (TamDuc) stainless steel sinks, gas cookers, utensils, indoor and outdoor kitchen facilities had been sold to USA and japan.

In principle, XuanKien (TamDuc) productions are produced in compliance with ISO 9001-2000 system and they have also won 11 government's gold and silver medals as well as the most favorable brand elected by the consumer. Our current customers are ministry of heath, ministry of transportation, ministry of education, ministry of interior, ministry of industrial as well as meark group in denmark, ford and toyota in vietnam, etc. Nowadays, japanese government is concentrating in supporting industrial for automobile industrial.
