Xiamen JingweI Machinery & Fabrication Co., Ltd is founded at 2012, whose predecessor is Xiamen Shuangwei Precision Machinery Industry Co., Ltd having 21 -year in custom fabrication work. Ms Xu Ying bought 100% share at 2012 and be our new president. Especially we retain all equipments and workers some of whom have over 25 year in this industry.

Our new factory owns great convenient location: 15KM to Xiamen Gaoqi International Airprt; 14KM to Xiamen Sea Port, and 25 KM to all famous place of interest of Xiamen-a beautiful seaside city of South China.

We have 84 sets machines including CNC milling machine, CNC lathes, CNC grinding machines, CNC drilling machines, CNC boring machines, flame cutting machines, laser cutting machine, bending machines, punching machines, from which you can see our machining ability covers most of area of custom fabrication industry.

We have 5 engineers with more than 20 year experience in this industry., covering Engineering dep., Produce Dep., QC dep. and Sale Dep., and all section manager in charge of CNC turning, CNC milling, CNC grinding have over 12 year in their field.

We have 7 QC members, manager is a 48-year man working in machining during past 27 years, our QC device including dynamic balancing machine, 2 dimensional measuring projector, Hardness tester and other regular caliper/guage/micrometer. And we keep at least 2 QC members in factory as long as machines are working to check each process step (eg. first should rough turning, will check it then could do next milling work). Of course evey worker will also do the circulatory check for each process and dimension.

We have rich suppliers chain, having good material suppliers--iron/stainless steel casting and forging, aluminum extrusion, all metal and plastic plate, bar and pipe; good finishing suplliers--anodizing, nickel plating, paintng, powder coating, chrome plating, zinc plating, polshing, brushing, sand blasting, glass blasting and others.
