Wuxi Peak Hydraulic Co., Ltd., established in March, 2002, is located in central city of Yangtze River Delta---Wuxi. Occupied 33,000 square meters, of which the workshop covers 10,000 square meters. Our main products are: high precision casting and machining of hydraulic products, multi-way valves series, central rotary joints series and tension device series etc.
The company possesses abundant technology capacity, combining production, learning and research, and established cooperation relationship with several universities, such as: Central South University, Lanzhou University of Technology and Jilin University, etc. We have a fairly complete inspection equipment and evaluation system. According to the international mainstream hydraulic components constructing manufacturing process, and our cleanliness can meet requirement of Japanese host company's components. We can meet customized requirements.
The company concentrates on leading manufacturing of hydraulic components, has abundant technology experience in casting, machining, and assembly, we have already declared and authorized more than 100 technology patents.
The company owns automatic casting production line, machining production line, cleaning assembly line, including more than 50 sets of large-sized VMC/HMC and numerical control lathes. We have the production capacity of casting parts 8000 tons, machining hydraulic valve 300,000 pcs, central rotary joints 20,000 pcs per year.
The company possesses of the most complete inspection equipments and instruments in domestic industry: Spectrograph, CMM, Full set of physical and chemical analysis, Air-gauge, Bore scope, Multi-function hydraulic test bed, pulse test bed, leakage tester and etc. We can design a variety of special inspection tools and equipments in accordance with the technical requirements. From raw materials incoming and leave the factory, we have specialized persons control the quality in every link, after all the machining process all the parts have to been 100% inspection.
