With semi-trailersranging in size from 7, 000 gallons to 12, 800 gallons, truck tankand pull trailers and Super B Trains for Canadian operations,you are sure to find the right combination for your crudeoil transportation needs. The Western crude oil transporttrailer is a external ring, 4 baffle design for increased strengthand minimum obstruction to limit corrosion. We also offerthe stainless steel version for severe duty or acidic oil fieldsituations.Chemical Transport TrailersDOT 407 and DOT 412 ASME stainless steel chemicaltransport trailers in both insulated and non-insulatedversions are available in a wide range of capacities to suityour chemical transportation needs for acid, solvent, latex orgeneral chemical applications.Oil Field Vacuum Transport TrailersWith capacities from 100 to 200 barrels, Western vacuumtransport trailers are built completely with 1/4 inch Head andshell material to with stand the rigors of oil field vacuum trailerapplications. Standard vacuum transport trailers include (3)20 inch hinged Man-ways with Neoprene gaskets and wing nutstyle latches located on top of the trailer and (1) Man-waylocated in the rear head for clean out. Included are full lengthtroughs on both sides acting as fenders/skirts with drains atrear. Trough extension are installed at the front of the troughsto minimize rock chips and debris from contacting the fronthead. Trailers are provided with (2) 4 inch butterfly valve outlets atthe rear and (1) 2 inch blow down line at rear. Our standard vacuumkits include (1) 12 inch O.D. Scrubber with 6 inch Stainless steel floatball, 30/30 vacuum/pressure gauges at rear head; The Frontman-way fitted with portal shut-off, and a 2 inch ASME ReliefValve set at 25 psig are standard on all our vacuum trailers.(1) 2 3/8 inch clear sight glass mounted on rear head with (2) 2 inchbrass ball valves for sight glass isolation. Optional mechanical,float gauges are available for colder climates. All our vacuumtransport trailers come standard with L.E.D. Lights and aheavy duty, hutch 4 leaf spring suspension. Upgrades to an airride suspension, full length walkway, custom paint jobs andinternal linings are also available.Petroleum Bobtail TanksWestern petroleum bobtails we provide 2000 gallon to 5500gallon bobtails with 1-5 compartments.
