We are a group of companies involved in different activities like Trading and Distribution of Chemicals and a Packaging Industries.We are in the field of Chemical Trading & Distribution established in 1993 having group turnover of more than Rs. 50 Cr.We are dealing in Basic Chemicals, Dyes Intermediates and Pharma Intermediate, Catering need of Textile, Dyes, Pharma, Paint and Edible Oil Industries. Since 14 years we have been operating in Gujarat area along with all amenities & own godown facilities with efficient staff.We have also Packaging Industry under the name of Ambica Packaging Industries with a capacity of 100 MT/Month of corrugated boxes/sheets and catering needs of Dyes Industries, Food Products, Textile Industries and other Engineering Products.In addition to the above we have our counterpart in Hyderabad under name NEO FINE CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES operating in the field of chemicals with a turnover of Rs. 50 Cr.Our future plan includes value addition by adding more specialty products in chemical and polymer and also planning to start A. P.I. business. Apart from this we intend to diversify our business by creating opportunity in other industrial products to achieve a turnover to become a Rs. 100 Crore company/Group by Year 2009.
