(UMT) was founded in April 1999 to dedicate in the design, development and manufacture of custom microwave / mm-wave devices and antennas for broadband wireless communications such as Point-to-Point, Cellular, VSAT, WiMax, and LTE. Our products include filters / diplexers, antennas, couplers, and all types of passive components up to 96+ GHz.

Dr. Tungyi Wu, the Founder and President of UMT, has more than 20 years of direct experience in microwave industry including engineering, marketing, business development and professional management . Under his direction, UMT has built up a highly effective R&D group with proven state-of-the-art design tools to provide the best and consistent performance products.

The UMT team consists of experienced and enthusiastic engineers with advanced educational degrees in microwave / mm-wave design backgrounds. It has more than 100 years of combined hands-on experience in adapting state-of-the-art CAD software coupled with process knowhow to generate manufacturable design leading UMT to become a major provider of high performance and low cost microwave / mm-wave devices, sub-systems , and antennas in growing wireless telecommunication markets.
