U&I  LOGISTICS was  established  and  managed  by  Vietnamese  entrepreneurs  with  extensive experience  in  international  business.  We  understand  that  to  survive  and  grow  we  always  have to improve ourselves to offer customers with the most reliable services.  Apr,  1998: Established under  the name of UNICO Ltd., specializing in investment consulting, customs brokering and freight forwarding.  Mar,  2003:  Reincorporated  under  the  new  name  of  U&I  Transport  and  Forwarding Corporation (UNITRANS), with the setup of the domestic transportation department.  Jan,  2007:  Commenced  the  operation  of  Tan  Uyen  Bonded  Warehouse  with  a  total  floor area of 62,000  square meters.  Mar, 2008: Renamed as U&I Logistics Corporation (U&I LOGISTICS)  Aug, 2010: Setup U&I Freight Corporation, specializing in international forwarding.  May, 2012: Commenced the operation of Phase 1 of Thanh Phuoc port  Dec,  2014: Setup  U&I  Cargo  Service  Corporation  in  order  to  expand  the  company  in  North Vietnam  Mar, 2015: Setup Vtruck (Vietnamtrucking), the first trucking online exchange in Vietnam
