TROFINA FOOD (MIDDLE EAST) FZCOur company is working under license and supervision of TROFINA FOOD GmbH, a Swiss organization specialized in Food Research & Development (R&D) in formulating unique products.The factory is located in the Hamriyah Free Zone, one of the most advanced Free Trade Zones in the Middle East which is designated as a Green Zone Environmentally Friendly Free Zone.The built in area of the plant covers 3,800 xxxxx out of the total capacitated land of 13,000 xxxxx. The factory is fully equipped with the latest technology machinery for the production and packaging for large scaled wide range of foodstuffs.The premises designed and built according to Swiss Standards for Food Plants and in line with Codex Alimentaire General Principals of Food Hygiene.The in-house well equipped Laboratory can carry out all chemical and microbiological analysis from the receipt of raw materials, during all steps of production and on finished products following the guide lines of HACCP System. All control measures are taken for first quality finished products.The finished products are destined for other food industries, institutional and retail market. As well as some items can be formulated and tailor made to customer requirement. The sales covers local and export martkets.An exclusive agreement has been entered into with TEFCO USA to produce under license of blended milk powder and to be distributed for the entire Middle East, Gulf countries and Africa.
