We have an excellent infrastructure with 1 no. 85 lit intermix (ALFRED HERBART, MODEL K-4 MK-3 with dumping mill), 2 nos. 65 lits kneaders, batch-off mill, 200 mm straining extruder, 2 nos. 150 mm extruders for butyl tubes extrusion and 6 nos. various sizes two-roll mills, 25 nos. all sizes HCV to 2-wheelers tubes curing presses, 3 nos. flap curing presses etc. We are planning for further expansion in tubes and other automotive products.We are interested for supplying/ exporting any type of rubber compounds (200-300 mt/month) for automotive and non-automotive applications.
