Our Tojong Food has a self-cold storage warehouse of 2,900 square-meter for storing teh raw food materials in freshnes as much as we can. We obtained teh qualification of HACCP from Korean FDA and has manufactured our foods in the hygienic manufacturing process in conformity with HACCP Standards. Our workplace is sealed perfectly including gates, windows, wall, and ceiling so as to prevent form a water leakage, a pollutant, and insect, and rodents. Furthermore our workplace is built resistance, chmemical resistance, antibiosis, corrosion-resistance, etc. At the gate of the workplace, all kinds of equipments for individual hygiene are installed, such as disinfected overgarment, dust removing machine,air curtain, washing device, drying achine, disinfector, etc. And each zone has the sterilizer for rubber gloves, an apron, etc. Our Tongjong Food does our work of manufacturing foods with all our hearts in order to realize the hand taste of mother. With the superiority of fermented food recognized in the world, we do our best for making the taste fo our traditional foods widely known in the world through domestic and overseas fairs.
