Phil & Chris have extensive knowledge in all facets of Emu Farming, Emu Oil production and marketing of Emu products and have been in the Emu industry since 1992. They were founding members of SAEFA (South Australian Emu Farmers Association) and are currently members of SAEFA and EIFA (Emu Industry Federation of Australia) . Both were on the organising committee for the 1996 World Emu Conference held in Adelaide and Talyala Emu Farm hosted the welcoming night for this conference.
