SARAi K. is launched in 2009 by Sarai Kim. When she was 18 year old, she studied about the art. And one day she met Elsa Schiaparelli through her piece, she realized it is a wonderful thing the great piece of art such as Salvador Dali's art become a real piece to wear. She thought this was only one that she wanted to do and wanted to be, so she decided to have and experience about the fashion in Paris. Immediately she was falling in love with them, she felt so happy when she designed her own and made the clothes herself. She also grooved with photos, so she traveled a lot of places to take photos.She is enjoying to using the photos for her fashion, and she is good hand at describing things. She also experienced what is Couture in real stage for 6 years. Through this, she could develop her vision. On this back ground, we built our collection. So it is the designer brand of French inspiration and following contemporary street couture. Something unique, something different, something sensibility. And with that, SARAi K. was born. And our collection is made by drape pattern to give ultra-flattering fit. Our first SARAi K. women's wear collection is expressing the art photo, and the photo shows an asphalt & concrete of city, get tangled a steel structure of those things on or into, get creases and a crumpled lines, the smoke which comes from industrial environment incessantly, tobacco smoke and femininity line.All things are their own line each and singular, but these are also makes a different line at the same time for an accomplished form. SARAi K. reels out from the lines which are tied up in the city countlessly to simple silhouette, likes straight and a curved line in this season AW 2010 collection. We printed the lines on the soft feel cotton, wool jersey and satin with a elegance gloss to show the straight line would become a curve due to women's silhouette. And these contrary lines are shown how to harmonize on the body.
