Fast
Collect the empties, lift the hopper lid, chuck in the bottles,
close the lid. Done. No need to worry about corks, bottle
tops or pieces of fruit.
Efficiant
You can put in up to 18 wine bottles and in 6 seconds these
will be safely smashed in the enclosed collection tray.
Safe
Fully enclosed mechanism, Safe working height. No more
broken glass from split bags or lifting over-full and heavy
back bar bins into wheelies.
Easy
Single switch operation and when the collection tray
reaches the equivalent of 60 smashed wine bottles or 100
smashed beer bottles it will no longer operate until you
replace the waste box with an empty one. This ensures
that the collection tray never exceeds the maximum lifting
weight limit of 20kg.

Size
Small. Our machine has a footprint of 500 x 600 x 1120mm
with an open lid height of 1320mm.
Power
Simply plug into a standard 220/240 Volt 3 pin socket. No
need for 3 phase power supply.
Cost
By taking the air out of the bottles we are reducing the
volume of waste by 80% therefore putting up to 4 times the
waste in your bins meaning less collections required.
Space
Because you need less bins you can free up space. Maybe
that would mean an extra table or two, an outside smoking
area or more space for stock storage.
Environment
Glass is a 100% recyclable waste product, it has no
end to its life span if recycled correctly. Another major
environmental advantage is that the number of collection
vehicle journeys required is reduced, impacting very
favourably on reductions in greenhouse gas emissions
therefore reducing your carbon foot print.
Community
Collecting crushed glass is much quieter than whole bottles.
In fact some London boroughs are considering stipulating
that all new licensed premises in residential areas must
have a glass crusher to eliminate excessive noise pollution.

Quality Cullet
The cullet (or broken glass) that our machine produces is
of a quality suitable for colour sorting. This means that the
cullet can be recycled back in to glass products. Most other
crushers on the market produce a cullet too small for this
process so often end up in land fill sites or as aggregate.
Glass as packaging material is 100% and endlessly
recyclable life span. Our cullet is endorsed by Berryman, the
countries largest recycler of glass.
