SM&D specializes in rebuilt and refurbished water meters. We sell all of the major manufacturers, (Badger, Hersey, Neptune, Sensus, Elster). We also offer many technologies no longer available by distributors. We do this by buying the unused technology, (such as remote read and touch read), from municipal systems that upgrade to radio frequency systems. This combination, along with our brand new water meters give us a much wider range of customers.
