1-We are using Amsler Core 3 attachment which is certainly the best in core spun attachments available in the world. Amsler yarn makes sure that spandex yarn is perfectly place at core of the cotton yarn.

2-We have the very good quality monitoring system to ensure the spandex present in each production spindle and package cone by trained personnel engaged for 100% verification during production in each stage. There is no chance of mix up of normal cotton yarn with core spun yarn.

3-We select the best quality spandex during purchasing; we ensure the quality of the spandex and life of spandex by which we assure the consistent quality and benefit of core spun yarn on your fabric.

4-We are using the best yarn splicing system called TWIN DISC SPLICER which gives the better yarn strength while splicing. It will give the lesser breakage and improve your loom efficiency. Twin Disc Splicer therefore are much expensive and better compared to conventional aqua splicers used for core spun yarn attachment up till now.

We are presently manufacturing 10s to 20s count with 40 & 70 Denier spandex.
