Founded in Feb 1st 1959, we deal in overall printed matters in Japan.

Shoei Printing Co.,Ltd had been developed with the
confidential relation of a community, the soul of
coexistence and co-prosperity, in Niigata and Tokyo.

By introducing eight-color chemical less CTP machines and establishing one consistent production line from bookbinding to delivery, we can offer products of high quality quickly with low price. We certainly can also offer products printed by 340-lines high resolution machines, six-color printed matters with high quality. We would do everything for customers, and always keep pursuing advanced technology with high standard.

Beyond

Quality
Japanese printing standard was 175-line printing style. And of course 4-color printing was most popular. But there are no limits in printing as customers look for more natural gradation, a sizzle feeling, and real colors. We are the first printing company that introduced the high-solution XM screening machine, which can print out 340 points, into production line. We can also print 6 colors in order to satisfy customers needs for higher quality. The difference between ordinary printed matters and those printed by the machines mentioned above are quite clear.

Speed
The evolution of CTP obviously has accelerated the speed of printing.
However, our speed level of printing has progressed beyond the common sense in printing, due to the integration as achieved with the combination of CTP-8 color printer, 4-color double side printer and formatting components.
Just set paper once, with 8-color printers and 4-color double side printers, we can produce 4-color printing on both sides of the papers. We have no time loss because we don't need to wait for ink to dry or to set the papers again by using 8-color printers and 4-color double side printers. This combination of 2 printers enabled a more efficient operation.
Moreover, due to the roll feeder in the 4-color double side printer, the printing capacity is not only demonstrated to its maximum but also owns the speed of rotary printing and the quality of planographic printing at the same time.
Additionally, with the bookbinding section has been fully equipped in-house, it is possible to shift to bookbinding from printing at once.

24H
As well as convenient stores and family restaurants, it was common sense to operate printing large quantities for 24 hours a day in the web offset press business.
Shoei printing has already realized 24 hours operation with offset sheet fed presses. Due to this flexible operation, the potential of Shoei Printing is improved to its maximum, and our business market is expanding to the whole country.
It is because we can deliver products quicker than other printing companies of local region.

Real time
In order to be able to offer quick delivery of products to remote places, we have introduced not only the remote proof with color and inkjet printer management; but also the system of proofreading and approval through the Web. We have significantly cut down the time needed and reduce the time loss for each process from submission of manuscript, checking colors, proofreading completion, to platemaking and printing.
