It was changed into joint-equity corporation in 1999 and its full name is Shanghai Qifan Co., Ltd, whose hoisting and conveying machinery department focused on development and manufacture of grab, and the department also served for SIPG (Shanghai International Port Group). Department of hoisting and conveying machinery officially turned to independent legal entity in 2011, and its full name is Shanghai Qifan Machinery Co., Ltd, whose existing staff is 173. It has two manufacturing plants with areas of 5,000占쏙옙nd 6,000占쏙옙ocated in Fengxian district and Qingpu district respectively.By means of its strong technical force and inventions by Mr. Qifan Bao and with developing grabs, handling tools and slings as its feature, the company has made various kinds of grabs, handling tools and slings with brand name 占쏙옙ifan占쏙옙 The products have formed five series of sixty models and have been awarded National Invention Prize, Ministry and Municipal Science Progress Prize, International Invention Exhibition Gold Medals one after another. The products in general approach the advanced world level, and are in the lead in China.
