Shanghai KR Tool & Cast Co.,LTD was found in 2009. We are located in Songjiang Shanghai, less than 30 minutes to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport.  KRTC specialized in manufacturing high quality Die Casting Mould, Squeeze Casting Mould and casting metal parts. Squeeze casting also called pressure solidify. It's very advanced way using high pressure in casting to make high quality castin parts or some parts that could not be made by normal casting way. We can make one to mutli-cavity moulds. The precision reaches to 0.005mm. With group of experienced engineers master part design and mould design software like CAD,UG,PRO/E,Solidworks, Catia etc ensure prompt and professional mould making. We also set up a complete management system on product quality control, which enables us to pass the ISO9001:2008 Quality Managing System Qualification. ESI & DFM Capability When  launching new project  with detailed drawings and requirements, KRTOOL technical team start study from the material composition, casting structure design, mold manufacturing, casting production technology, processing programs for adetailed technical assessment. Our main focus on automotive engine brackets, aluminum die cast bodyand suitable for high-vacuum die casting, squeezecasting. Currently there are direct and indirectcustomers General Motors R&D Center, ShanghaiVolkswagen, FAW-Volkswagen, Toyota, lCitroen and some military enterprises.Tooling Design  Many professional mold design engineers with more than 10 years experience serve company many years.tTheirintelligence is the company's core competitiveness. Engineers have mastered the design software such as Pro / Engineering, UG, Auto-cad and mold flow simulation of MAGMASOFT, flow 3D .
