At last, re the detail machine functions, it is not easy to select one crimping machine from the angle of balancing Investment & Technical Demands because buying a SUITABLE(OPTIMAL) machine is very important. It will be a waste on investment if the customer buy one machine (too big crimping openning, fitting to swage bigger hose) when he do need a small machine being used for construction machinery hydraulic hose crimping. 1.DX-95,SDX-95, FX-95 compared with P20,P32

DX-95 = P32 & >P20 The crimping part moves in two directions: Radially & Axially

DX-95, can crimp 1.25"(32MM) 4Spiral hose at one operation. 1.5"(38MM) & 2"(51MM) 2 times crimping (Part by part).

FX-95 > P32 The crimping part moves in one direction: Radial.

For Example, 136mm--FX-95(Opening without Die), It can let 200mm Elbow(Double ends with Elbow) go through smoothly.

126mm--P32(Opening without Die), It can not let 200mm Elbow(Double ends with Elbow) go through smoothly.

FX-95,can crimp 2"(51MM) 4Spiral hose one time, instead of 2 or times crimping (Part by part).

P32 can only crimp 1.25"(32MM) 4Spiral hose. Re 2"(51MM) 4Spiral hose one time, the user have to crimp 2 or more times (Part by part) because of small crimping force has to be focused on partial touching point.

***The basic reason for the difference occuring is the mechanical structure, P20/P32's die base is supported by springs, since the pressure will be different at angles & springs' fatigue is inevitable, the crimping effect will be affected. But re our FX-95, the die base is fixed by sliding rail( T- Slot). So it can be used as per the instruction very long time.
