Our main business are the producing and machining of kinds of castings and the mechanical and electrical products such as the Aluminum die casting, stainless steel casting, grey iron and ductile iron castings etc.The above mentioned products are mainly exported to Europe, North America, Australia, Japan, Korea etc. Our goal is to exceed our customersâ expectations of high quality products and competitive pricing.ããIn the field of aluminium casting our factory is equipped with modern production facilities and inspection instruments. We own 6 pcs of âUBEâ die casting machines and 1 pc of âISUZUâ Low pressure die casting machine imported from Japan and one set of turn table gravity casting machine. We use precoated sand casting in the iron casting and lost-wax process for stainless steel casting.ããRegarding our machining equipment, we have American "Bridgeport" vertical machining center, Japanese âToyotaâ HorizontalMachiningCenter and CNC machines. We also own a Coordinate Boring Machineã In the Inspection equipment, we own the âBairdâ brand spectrocomparator, imported from the U.S.A. and âIMSâ three dimensional measuring machine imported from the UK etc., by which we can assure the exactitude of the material and meet the strict precision requirement of the products.We are executing the ISO9001 system and our Qingdao Banghe Foundry are executing the TS16949 system to keep the improvements of our management and technology.
