MANUFACTURING UNIT:

"SHAANCO (PRIVATE) LIMITED" is situated in the "HEART OF THE INDUSTRIAL HUB OF SIALKOT". Spread over a sprawling area of 25,000 SQ.FT our production facility is equipped comprehensively to deliver any kind of product and quantity within the targeted delivery dates. A complete infrastructure with experienced professionals, necessary technological support, machines (like 500 sewing machines, over lock, bar tack, button hole, skiving, splitting, embossing machines etc.) ensures that we get both quality and quantity. Production of garments on "Assembly line system" guarantees a consistent quality in a cohesive environment.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY:

Our current setup allows us to make 10000 pieces of high quality garments, 3 - 5 x 20' containers of Labour Working & Welding Gloves and approximately the same number of other leather articles per month. Our Tanning unit produces 150,000 sqft. of leather. While the other is purchased from the market.

TYPES OF LEATHER BEING USED:

We use different tannings of leather, such as Plated Milled, Natural Milled, Naked, Nubuck, Analine, Antique, Skipper, Destroy, Glazed, Crystal and Krinckle . All of the above Tannings are available in Cow, Sheep, Goat & Buffalo leathers.

In the new millennium, the future eye of the company is to expand the production capacity, explore new international markets and to participate in world's famous exhibitions.

SAMPLES POLICY:

As the leather garments are very costly products and can't be sent without charges to different buyers worldwide, so our company has decided to send the samples on payment of the cost of products plus DHL Courier charges. DHL charges will be added as per the following.Jackets & Trousers: $30 Each. Suits: $50 Each. Vests: $15 Each. Minimum $30 will be charged in case of 1 kg or less weight.


Our tanning unit produce and export Wet Blue Cow Hides, Buffalo Hides, Sheep Skins and Goat Skins.
