Secret Cellar's wine by the glass preservation and display systems.

The system is housed in a temperature controlled display cabinet, which allows the user to serve wine, either red, white or rose by the glass via a patented faucet system.

The wines are preserved in the cabinets using our nitrogen preservation system, therefore minimum wastage is achieved, the life span of the wine is increased anything from two to three weeks, allowing the client to gain maximum profit from each and every bottle of still wine. This also then allows the restaurateur, hotelier, off-licence, supermarket or private user serve higher quality wine safe in the knowledge wastage has been significantly reduced and at the same time profits have increased, quality and freshness are preserved and therefore maximum enjoyment achieved.

In addition to our quality wine by the glass programmes, Secret Cellar Limited are interested in expanding the business of the company with its own exclusive / quality range of wines, glassware, accessories and are currently looking for business partners based in the U.K., Europe and World wide.
