Established in 1993, Sealtite Dichtungs is dedicated to the manufacture of high quality Cylinder Head Gaskets, Exhaust Gasktes, Intake Gaskets, Secondary (soft) gaskets, etc and have been supplying to the Indian Automotive OEMs for more than a decade. Our "Sealtite" brand is also widely used in the Indian Aftermarket.
We are equiped with in-house product development supported by our own CAD / CAM center. We use the latest technologies like Water Jet cutting and Laser Cutting to shorten lead times on new developments.
We have strict quality control procedures certified by TUV and complying with ISO 9001: 2000 standards. Our team inspects all products thru' out the manufacturing cycle, right from incoming material inspection upto packing and shipping, to ensure that the customer receives the product in perfect condition.
Our shop floor motto is "Follow the procedure, Quality will follow". This has helped us in acheiving an in-house rejection rate of less than 100 PPM and we are now targeting 0 PPM in 2007. Our customer rejection rate has been at 0 PPM for the past 5 years.
