Our Company has the full business cycle enabling us to manufacture aluminum and bimetallic made steam radiators of our own Trade Marks. The production facilities are furnished with high technological equipment with the level of production process automated.
The production processes of our Company have been certified in 2008 and meet the requirement of ISO 9001 Standards. Thanks to engineering standards kept and the quality monitoring assured at every production stage the heat radiators are made with the necessary reliability and have high consumer-oriented characteristics. On manufacturing aluminum and bimetallic made steam radiators Messrs. San Teh Rai pay much attention to the environmental safety of their products.
The sample of aluminum alloy used in the production process pass compulsory laboratory analysis with the purpose to analyze the chemical composition of elements entering into it. All radiators pass two stages of paint-and-lacquer coating with the use of high-technology formaldehyde-free materials, without heavy metals and other harmful products, which would be able to be heat emitted.
At every stage of production process the strict quality control is maintained., guarantying compliance of the finished products to the ecological norm.
Our production facilities are equipped with highly automated lines, specific measures are taken, in order to reduce the contaminant emission, and the use harmful materials is entirely excluded.

Thanks to its exceptional heat conductivity and low thermal inertia aluminum react quickly to temperature change and enables to reduce significantly the power inputs.
