To develop and recommend standard agro practices, post-harvest procedures etc to the farmers.4. To implement the Reverse Pharmacology approach for a fast-track and cost-effective drug development (As suggested by Dr. Ashok D. B. Vaidya, SPARC, Mumbai).5. To create network for the industry, farmers, forest-officers and dwellers, phytoscientists etc. for rapid, profitable and sustained commercialization of medicinal and oil yielding plants, either as raw materials or as value-added products.6. To manufacture bioresource products via standardization and quality control7. To conduct well-defined and goal-oriented courses, workshops, field trips, seminars, training etc in concordance with the above objectives.
