RMA Co., Ltd. Railway moulds & automation was formed in 2002
for the purpose of manufacturing moulds & machinery for the concrete sleeper industry. Recently being credited with BSI ISO 9001:2008. Asia's leading manufacturer specializing in production of sleeper moulds & production equipment owning all intellectual property & design rights to the moulds & equipment we manufacture.
The technical & design of pre-stressed concrete railway sleepers & production methods have been developed over many years with RMA Co., Ltd staying at the front offering the most cost effective solutions that meet our customers requirements. We remain successful in todays ever competitive market due to our ability to manufacture 100% of our products in house at our 22,400 m2 manufacturing facility. Being a manufacturer we can implement any changes in required designs, manufacturer 1 offs for finished product QC inspection before running full scale production.
Being a manufacturer of concrete railway sleeper moulds & equipment gives our customers unparalleled flexibility during the design process, from factory conversion to turnkey of new plants. Our wealth of experience has put our company first when it comes to meeting the customers requirements. From sleeper designs, factory conversions to complete turnkey projects. Single cavity to eight gang moulds, long line or carousel, self stressing to instant de-moulding have all been manufactured by RMA. Moulds manufactured by RMA Co., Ltd have machined tops & ends ensuring dimensional quality & finish.
We keep stock of machine chassis & certain mould components for quick assembly. This enables us to final assembly products for shorter delivery time.
