These pipes confirm to British Standard BSEN 50086-1, 50086-2-4 and BIS Standard IS 14930 Part-II. The outer wall of these pipes give excellent diametrical stiffness, the inner wall being fairly plain facilitates easy insertation of cables and have higher crush resistance capacity as compared to polymer plain pipes. OptiRex with lubricated inner wall is also suitable for inserting Optical Fibre Cables through the ducts using blowing technology. The product is provided in prestressed concrete members during concreting for the threading of prestressing tendons which would be stressed once the structural member attains the required strength. The ducts can also be filled with grease when the force in tendons is required to be monitored. We are regularly supplying the ducts to most of the flyovers, bridges, nuclear containment structures and most importantly to Delhi Metro Rail Corporation in India.
