REGENE (SITA RECYCLING), member of the SUEZ Group which aims to answer essential needs in electricity, natural gas, energy services, water and waste management, as the French leader in processing recycled rubber crumb and granulates (in various sizes according the specific needs). We have 2 production units, 1 based in the North of France and producing SBR (granules made from recycled tyres) 2-4 mm and 4-8 mm and the 2nd located in the southwest of France and processing finer SBR 0, 0-0, 8 / 0, 5-2 mm, / 2-3mm.Totally automated, we deliver every year 40 000 tons of recycles rubber scraped tires, granulates and powder and we have a total production capacity of 75 000 tons/year. To meet the demanding expectations of our customers, we strongly focus on high quality, reliability and service. As the industry is growing fast and the environment is becoming a big issue for the future, we put all our efforts and energy in research and development to help build a better world, environmentally safe and clean.The process involves the primary shredding of the whole tyres with the resultant shred being passed through an ambient granulation process, producing a range of crumb rubber sizes that are subsequently marketed and sold to a variety of end-user markets. Current markets include the sports turf industry, soil enhancement, children?s play surfacing, carpet industry, leisure, decorative tile market, equestrian use and the cement, steel & construction sector.REGENE can manufacture a range of crumb rubber sizes, specific to customer requirements and these products can be supplied in either 1 tonne bulk bags mounted on pallets, or in 25kg bags, with 40 to a pallet, or loose.All products are sold by the tonne, based on either an ex. Works, Montauban/Dompierre basis or we are happy to arrange delivery direct to any named port or final destination throughout the world.
