We own 220 acres of real property with 3,600 ft of beach front in a town called Puerto Peñasco in Mexico. This town is a 3 hour drive from Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona. It is know as Rocky Point and is a natural beach for Arizona residents.

We have title insurance certification and are currently looking for venture capital or real estate developer to help develop the land. We are currently seeking $3,000,000 which will be used to build a sea wall that will gain 40 acres more of prime beach front real property and to prepare a Master Plan for the whole 260 acres.
