PAYMENT TERMS
Irrevocable, Non-transferrable (and never transferred or back to back), Revolving, Operative and Confirmed Letter of Credit, opened for the full value of the contract and payable at sight of the Ocean Bill of Lading. We offer a 2 % PBG backed by SBLC.
PROCEDURES
1. Buyer issues complete LOI with full banking details (please see attached LOI checklist)
2. Seller issues FCO and Draft Contract
3. Buyer reviews and approves the FCO and Draft Contract, and shows proof of funds (BCL)
4. Seller issues Final Contract
5. Buyer and Seller both sign and seal the Final Contract
6. Buyer issues Operative L/C
7. Seller issues 2 % PBG backed by SBLC
8. SGS Inspection at loading port
9. Shipment commences
Port Loading visit can be discussed between the Seller and Buyer during Final Contract signing. At that time, we can also provide proof of past performance, such as Ocean Bills
