Our company covers a total area of 100, 000sqm.Shandong Yuding Cold-Formed Section Co., Ltd. possesses four advanced domestic production lines, such as LW1600X16, LW1000X14, LW800X10 and LW700X8. The direct cold-formed technology is used in the production, and our company has high automation equipment. The application of PLC auto control systems, Whole-digital Speed Adjustment System of SIEMENS or EUROTHERM and several kinds of domestic patent technology guarantee that the production lines are advanced and reliable. We can manufacture series of large, middle and small complete sets of cold-formed products. The main products are square tubes, rectangle tubes, circular tubes, and multiple sections, whose width of spread is under 1600mm and thickness is under 16.0mm. According to the needs of customers, we can also design and produce what they need. The production capacity per annum of our company is 300, 000 metric tons. Our company has passed ISO9001:2000 Certification of Quality Management System. All the products are according to domestic and international standards or the standards which are put forward by the technology agreement organization of both sides of supply and demand.The products are widely used in different areas of national economy, such as construction, machinery, railway, automobile making, coal mine, bridgework and transmission construction.
