Who we are
Procura business consultants is an Estonia-based business development firm assisting small and medium-size companies in taking advantage of the significant growth opportunities and synergy effects resulting from the encounter of the economically well developed EU-zone with the young, dynamic markets in eastern Europe.
Operating in all eastern-European countries, we have a special focus on the rapidly developing economies in the baltic sea region: the exceeding countries to the EU Estonia, latvia, Lithuania and poland as well as the Russian federation with its huge, to a large extend still untapped, market potential.
Our headquarter is based in tallinn / Estonia, a modern western-style city with an excellent business environment and financial infrastructure and capital of a future EU member state. At this location we have access to a cost-efficient network of highly-skilled, multilingual estonian partners and consultants that are familiar with the business cultures in all three regions western Europe, the baltic's and Russia.
The company is led by its German co-founders, dirk franke (master of science in physics) and andreas bonrath (master of science in electrical engineering, msc ee) . Both are relying on a solid professional experience gained through various managerial positions in international technology business where they acquired a comprehensive knowledge of a range of high-tech industry sectors, e. G. Semiconductors, telecommunication and software-engineering.
Both managers are fluent in a number of European languages, such as English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Swedish and Russian.
