As a company with diversified activities in construction and building materials, our major contribution to the air conditioning industry is the introduction of PIR/PU Duct Panels. A distributor since 2001 for Pre Insulated Duct Panels, we established our own manufacturing unit in 2004, with the trade marks Pi Pre Insulated / PU Panels. Our brand is approved by major consultants & contractors all over the G.C.C. and is certified by the U.A.E. Ministry of Civil Defense.

Ours is the only brand which is approved and certified by the Dubai Municipality Central Laboratory (DCL).

Our Product

Pi/PU is a Panel of pure embossed Aluminium, pre insulated with Polysocianurate (PIR) foam. It is used in the construction of ducting for air distribution in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, (HVAC). Due to the combination of Aluminium and excellent insulation, Pi Panels can achieve high quality ducts. This combination results in good external air quality (IAQ), fine external finish, longevity, lightweight and easily transportable.


Ducting systems constructed with PIR/PU Panels can be installed either in the interior or exterior or on visible or false ceilings of residential and commercial buildings. PIR/PU are an excellent option in industries such as, Food Processing, Electronics, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitals and Medical Centers etc., where there is a need for high standards of quality and hygiene. The panels meet National and International standards like ASHRAE, SMACNA,BS,CEN etc.
