This causes the pad to instantly heat to 54 Degrees (Celsius). Once activated, the pad will stay hot for up to an hour and a half. To reuse the pad over an over again for hundreds of times, just put the pad in a pot with boiling water and continue to boil it until all crystals are dissolve. Allow the pad to cool down and use it again.
