PANEM STEELS PVT. LTD. was originally formed by the Nemani and the Katyal group, who having immense experience in setting up various family concerns engaged in the trading and manufacturing of IRON & STEEL. Originally the Nemanis were engaged in NEMANI STEEL SUPPLIES and the Katyals in PAUL IRON & STEEL CO., PAUL MOTORS & PAUL AUTO FINANCERS PVT. LTD.

Subsequently in the year 1990 with a view to exploit their latent potential in this field, planned to merge as a convergent entity in the form of PANEM STEELS PVT. LTD. In 1990 a de-coiling and annealing unit was set up under this banner.

The group set up PANEM CASTINGS PVT. LTD. which is engaged in the manufacturing of MS INGOTS. This unit came into production in 1995.

The group went on to set up a rolling mill in 1995 which is engaged in the manufacturing of hot rolled MS STRIPS (PATRA)/SKELPS.

The group in pursuit of their various expansion and diversification plans and has always initiated forward and backward integration. In accordance to the same MS TUBES/PIPES plant has been installed. The plant has successfully commenced its commercial production and the products have been able to carve its niche in the market. The group is planning to set up a galvanizing plant, another forward integration to the existing pipe unit.

Mr. MANOJ NEMANI (MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE):

He is a commerce graduate (B.Com.) having 7 year experience in steel trade He takes care of the inventory of the organization. His contribution has been a boon for the organization. He also takes care of production for PANEM STEELS PVT. LTD.

Mr. RISHI KATYAL (MANAGMENT REPRESENTATIVE):

He is the youngest representative of the management and is a graduate (BBM) having one year experience in steel manufacturing. His knowledge in the field of management and under able guidance of his seniors experience, he has proved to be an asset for the company. He is taking care of all management related work and helping his organization, to achieve ISO 9001:2000, simultaneously also taking care for production of PANEM CASTINGS PVT. LTD.

The biggest achievement for the PANEM group has been its customers who have always been served by the dedicated team on the agreed terms and conditions. PANEM products lay a great emphasis on quality to give customers value for their money This has ensured that the brand today is famous for its commitment to quality in such a short period of time.

The results are visible as in such a short period of time the company is in process to achieve ISO 9001:2000 certified by NCSI (Australia). The company is also in process to achieve ISI mark for its MS TUBES, HOT ROLLED STRIPS/SKELPS & HOT ROLLED STEEL FLATS. The group commitment to quality has remained unaltered through the years and will remain so in decades to come.
