"p for pix" - Lifetime warranties last for as long as you own the product.

"p for pix" bags are covered by our limited lifetime warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect.

"p for pix" determines damage is due to manufacturing defects, the bag will be repaired free of charge. If the item is deemed irreparable, we may, at our discretion, replace it.

If the bag is not able to be repaired and the owner chooses not to accept a replacement bag or credit, the bag will be returned as is.

Only bags that are sold with "p for pix" Lifetime Warranty hang tags will be eligible for lifetime warranty repairs.

Typical turnaround time for repairs is about four to six (4-6) weeks

Our bag repair warranty is available to world-wide customers.
