Our company started out back in 2004, when my partner and I had the idea of selling VOIP products and services, mainly prepaid calling cards at low rates. We have our maim office in Miami, USA. And a Venezuelan branch (Opticom VOIP) . We have a web based purchase platform and we sell calling cards in Caracas, Venezuela. We wish to expand to other markets, creating trading relations that benefit both, the local partner and us.
