Enhances the freshness and shelf life of perishable items such as fruits, vegetables, flowers, cheese and meats with the unique ability to not only absorb ethylene gas, but block ethylene producing receptors and have an anti-bacterial capability. It is used in the production of plastic packaging and containers for storage and protection of items.

PBAT-6 Anti-RipeningEnhance freshness, reduce spoilage and improve shelf-life

PBAT-6 is a unique anti-ripening additive technology that is economical, safe and unique. PBAT-6 packaging was developed to address the logistical issues of transporting and delivering fresh produce to the consumer market, making ground or ocean transportation a viable option.

Compatible with respective polymers such as LLDPE, PP, PS, and PBT, PBAT-6TM can be mixed in with other polymers. It increases the shelf and transit life of packed fruits, vegetables & cut flowers by absorbing gases such as ethylene, ammonia and hydrogen sulfade that are the main catalyst gases in their ripening process, and controlling the packaging environment. By controlling the atmospheric gases, we are able to slow down the ripening process of perishables post harvest.

Nu-Purge:Purge and clean processing equipment
The Nu-Purge line of cleaning compounds is essential in preventing carbon buildup in processing equipment. It is intended to be used as a drop-in product and engineered to be used for difficult color and resin changes and also preventative machine maintenance. It is used mostly in injection molding, profile and sheet extrusion with specific products are designed for hot and cold runner systems.
