NoiBeiDe manufacture and researcher of Oxo bio degradable plastic ( OBD). We have long experience in the field both in Europe and in the Thailand Asia markets. We also produce some finished plastic products, as our catalogue shows.

Our master batch can be added to all type of PP or PE plastic. By adding our master batch to a plastic product, it will help the plastic to break down easily in when left out in nature. The plastic products will not change, it will have the same function, structure as before. A normal mixture will look like this; 2% of our master batch and 98% normal plastic.

It depends also what kind of product you are making. Thin plastic, light colored shopping bags you dont need that much. We will help you with the measurements and suggest hove you can produce your line of products.

Short version of what Oxo is biodegradable.

Oxo-Bio-Degradation is, as the name describes, a two-step process whereby the conventional polyolefins plastic is first Oxo-degraded two short-chain oxygenated molecules. (typically 2-4 months exposed) and then biodegraded by the micro-organisms (bacteria, fungi, etc.). Biodegradable Products are recyclable with conventional plastic. It have passed the EU RoHS requirements, are totally environmental safe (contain no heavy metals or harmful substances) and have passed Food Leakage testing for Plastic Products Please contact us for more info.
