Noble Crsyatl Limited was founded in 2000. We mainly produce wafers, silicon, solar cells and solar panel. Our factory owns state-of-the-art production lines of solar panels of solar batteries, and our products cover both monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon solar panels of various specifications from 1W to 220W, with an annual production capacity of 15MW. We employ experienced professionals to increase efficiency and improve product quality.

We also manufacture such products as crystal product and sapphire product. Meanwhile, we have recently also started to produce solar and LED sapphire GaAs wafers. Experts in the development of power device chips, we can also provide Schottky chips, MOSFET/IGBT chips, GPP chips, open junction chips and MOSFET chips. Finally, we can offer crystal substrate production services for clients in the optp-semiconductor, MEM LED power device, solar module and IC fields.
