We Nissan Copper Limited are leading manufacturers of Copper and Copper
Alloy Pipes Tubes and Copper Rods Flats Busbars Strips and Fittings in
India having works at Umergaon and Silvassa about 150 km North of Mumbai.
Complete Inhouse facilities of Melting, Casting, Extrusion, Pilgering,
Cold Drawing, Finishing, Inspection etc. under one roof make companys
manufacturing activities, self dependent. For precise alloying, we have
commissioned a fullfledged laboratory wherein we have a Computer
Controlled Spectro-analyzer as well as wet analysis facilities. The company
is well equipped with Ultramodern testing facilities for Destructive and
NonDestructive tests, including Eddy Current, as required by various
International specifications.

Above infrastructure facilitates us to produce an end product of ultimate
quality that is comparable with any other reputed mills in India or any
part of the world. As such, we are committed to being an excellent supplier

While on the subject, we take this opportunity to inform you that as a part
of our expansion programme, we are setting up a brand new project to
manufacture Copper tubes for ACR and Plumbing application. We will be
producing Plain and Inner Grooved Copper tubes in straight lengths, Pancake
coils and LWCs, with Cast & Roll technology. The new plant will be
commissioned by March 2010 and commercial production will commence from
June 2010 onwards. The installed capacity would be 1000 MT per month.
